When lifting your Suzuki to 3inchs and higher the shaft stats to pull away from the transfer case, fitting the spacer corrects this so you wont have it fall out on road or off.

 

Each vehicle is different and its best to lift it first and then check for movement as a fitted spacer thats not needed can cuase trouble down the track.
